Superb It's their employee that makes me wanna book again. They are so friendly and seems that they truly love what they are doing. From manong guards, receptionist, cook, waiter, construction workers and the pool caretaker. I couldnt say anything bad. Too bad we decided to try different hotel and ended up wanting to go back here. It is not that fancy but you will feel at home.

Felt at home for 7 days! The accommodation was great but the service was even better. Kudos to Sir Eric, Sir Art, and Ms Elizabeth - you guys are gem to this place. Best customer experience I've had so far in my x years of travelling! Arrived on Jan 30 not expecting a lot from the place but we were greeted by welcoming staff, and a clean, well-lit, and slick reception area. We were handed welcome drinks (something we didn't expect) and were led to our room even before the published check-in time. The rooms was basic but spacious and well-lit. I had the best sleep in days in our room's bed. The CR was clean and I really couldn't ask more (if ever I needed anything, Elizabeth was able to provide them in a snap anyway). I was able to work-from-anywhere in the hotel restaurant. The food was amazingly cheap and delicious. The breakfast was sufficient to let me power through my morning meetings. Didn't have any complaints aside from the wi-fi connection, maybe? Our remaining 6 days were filled with excellent customer service. All staff were proactive, warm, and are fast to resolve customer needs. I'd return here only to experience the warmth of all the hotel personnel who treated us like family. I'd recommend this place. Cheap but the service is on par (or even better) with the best hotels out there that are scattered around Stations 1 and 2.

GOOD VALUE OF MONEY! For their price, it was such a good deal! We were looking for a place to extend and when we saw the hotel, we asked if we can see the room and they’ve done it immediately. The room is spacious although it doesnt have a high ceiling. The bathroom is superb! A boutique hotel type, reminds me of a hotel a stayed in Alabang but this has a cheaper price. Plus the staffs are very accommodating! Theyre friendly to the point that i became friends with the guard! haha. All my request were done quickly. The breakfast is good but I hope that they’ll add more choices since not everyone likes to eat rice during breakfast although I understand it since there are few guests when we checked in. Lastly, the gym will be my last but not the least favorite thing in this hotel. If you’re doing cardio exercises, they’re gym is so goooood! Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will go here again soon.

One of the best valued hotels in Boracay We definitely enjoyed our stay in this fantastic hotel! Although the main entrance of the hotel is located along the main road, it has a pathway leading to the main beach (2 minutes walk) via the pool area. The deluxe room is beautifully designed, spotless, spacious (especially the toilet) and well-lit. Room amenities such as complimentary coffee, kettle, cups and toiletry kits are available upon request. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Albeit not a buffet (understandably for health and safety reasons), the serving size of the food was big. You can even mix and match your main course! Also, The restaurant provides extra serving of garlic rice and free refill of coffee, juice or hot chocolate. Most importantly, we would like to commend your employees for being very gracious and courteous. Amidst this ongoing pandemic, your employees’ passion in providing great service to your guests is what sets you apart from other hotels in the island. Keep up the good work and we hope to stay in your hotel very very soon!

Superb! I have been travelling and experiencing Boracay for a very long time. During this reopening of the island since the pandemic, the island slowly revives itself of tourists, thankful its mostly locals . We take advantage of the promo packages, beach not being crowded.,no queueing in the restaurants, bars are almost empty and of course spending time swmming where there is no one invading your privacy. Watching the famous sunset during the golden hour is one of the best ever experience without people photobombing on the background. We arrived on Patio Pacific early than our intended check-in time and were glad to have our room ready,. The frontdesk lady Jesabel is very accomodating. We use the pool that evening coz we cant hardly wait to swim,, the pool is clean and organized. The pool staff Leslie provide us towels and was so nice. We ordered pizza and beers during their happy hour and it was delicious. We were served by the waitstaff Elizabeth,she was so accomodating of our request and served us with a beautiful smile. Breakfast was also a nice experience Art the waiter was very professional and takes care of us during our breakfast, he was so happy to refill our coffes and always asks what we need, although they only have limited menu on breakfast but its understable since the supply is short and everything is still not available on the island. We also had a chat with their Hotel Manager, Mr James. He approached us during our breakfast and asks how our stay, what we need and to our surprise even extended our check out time. Everyone we meet was so polite and happy doing their respective jobs. Overall our stay is beyond what we expected, mainly with the people who do their service with a smile, people who is ready to help and extend their courtesy. For the short period of time being there we feel how we were treated special. Thank you for the hospitality and showing us what really the Filipino service is.

A PLACE TO COME BACK Stayed Feb 22-26, 2020 for 5days and 4 nights stay. The place is very near to the white beach. The hotel is clean. I would like to commed Josh Boganay of reservations for assisting, accommodating and making sure my family and I will have a memorable stay. He will definitely take good care of your entourage. They have an awesome pool and complete gym. Book at their 201 room. it is very spacious and comfy.

Lovely Hotel Stayed last February 22-26,2020 and we had a wonderful stay. 201 Room was spacios and restroom was superb. Mr. Josh Bonganay was very helpful and accommodating. He was very friendly and easy to talk to when it comes to booking reservations and transfers. The hotel has very clean and strategically located near the white beach with only a few steps. The food in their restaurant for a la carte orders is tasty but some were fair. The breakfast buffet is above ok with good selection of food. Will definitely stay here again.
